Three different plaintiffs filed suits against Boersch Farms totalling nearly $125,000 in 2004.
R. Oliphant Farms Ltd., James Rennick and Marina Commodities were the owed these monies and had to use the courts to finally encourage Gisela Boersch to finally pay her debts.
Josef and Gisela Boersch have a history of intentionally avoiding paying their debts. They have and will continue to be unethical in their business and personal dealings.

Gisela and Josef Steal $41,128 from Wheatland Commodities
One of many companies ripped off by Gisela and Josef is "Wheatland Commodities Inc.".
Terry Lawrence is the contact person at the Wheatland location in Swift Current, SK.
He can be reached at (306) 773-8104. In January 05 Wheatland won an uncontested judgement against Boersch Farms Ltd in the amount of $41,128.00.
As people comment and as I post additional cases you should begin to see the true business ethics and practices of Gisela and Josef Boersch. They truly lack any honor or decency and are both without any moral or ethical compass.

Gisela Boersch - "Farmers are Idiots"
Gisela and Josef, the majority shareholders of Boersch Farms Ltd have intentionally and fraudulently stolen from local residents and businesses in Saskatchewan.
Gisela left (or was asked to leave) her job at the MacKenzie Art Gallery in Regina. It has been rumoured, and some of her former co-workers suspect, that she was also acting in an illicit and illegal manner while working as the Manager of the Gift Shop.
