Josef "the prevaricator" Boersch

Josef and Gisela continue to enter into business contracts with the intention of defrauding the other parties involved. Gisela and Josef are equal shareholders of Boersch Farms Ltd. They are the "Bonnie and Clyde" of Saskatchewan farm business.

Are you Angry?

It is abundantly clear to anyone familiar with Boersch Farms Ltd. that this company and it’s principals have and continue to act fraudulently.

Josef Boersch controls the day-to-day operations of Boersch Farms Ltd. At his own discretion he has entered into several dozen contracts with suppliers and vendors over the past several years. Josef ostensibly had no intention of ever fully satisfying these debts. These contracts (some verbal and some written) stipulated that Boersch Farms would receive grain and other goods and services in exchange for cash. However, Boersch Farms has had a strict policy of not paying their vendor payables in favour of satisfying what was once a mountain of subordinated debt (the Royal Bank of Canada) and personal Shareholder Loans (personal loans from Gisela and Josef). Put simply, Josef and Gisela have stolen from various farmers and other businesses to pay off their own personal debt.

Some vendors have also speculated that Josef’s brother (Andreas Boersch of Elie, MB) and his sister (Marlene Boersch of Winnipeg, MB) have also been involved in the fraudulent activities of Boersch Farms Ltd. Again, full disclosure and a thorough forensic audit of Josef, Andreas and Marlene (and all their related companies) will need to be performed. Aside from Marlene’s and Andreas’ personal financial records the most notable related companies are Marlene’s “Berdex”, which was sold and wound down recently and Andreas’ Man Agra. Man Agra was a seed capital company that was invested in many agricultural/farm related businesses but has also recently been dormant.

It is absolutely infuriating to those individuals that have been scammed by Josef and Gisela to learn that to this day he still drives a brand new $60,000 Cadillac and lives a lavish and comfortable lifestyle. A lifestyle that is not commensurate with the lack of success that Boersch Farms Ltd. has had.
